The scope of work included the planning, management, and execution of the two-day Civic Hackathon Problem Identification Conference under the PLG Programme at GIZ Pakistan. This involved:

CHALLENGE

Organizing the GIZ Civic Hackathon 2024 meant coordinating participants, mentors, and speakers from multiple cities while keeping the event engaging and on schedule. This brought several key challenges:
