SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work included the strategic planning and execution of thekids running event and training program, creative branding and visibility assets, media and PR coordination, and digital amplification. This involved:
- Complete event setup and on-ground execution in Islamabad & Karachi
- Localized digital strategy and tailored content development
- Creative branding including logos, kits, banners, and digital assets
- Nationwide PR and media outreach to amplify program impact
- Professional photography, videography, and documentary production
- Live social media management and audience engagement
- Collaboration with schools, volunteers, and community leaders
- Ethical, child-safe content collection and storytelling
CHALLENGE

We created the YourPace program’s digital presence in Pakistan from scratch, using local and relatable content to connect with communities.

Many kids were initially shy and hesitant on camera. It required time, care, and consistent presence to make them feel safe enough to share their journey.

With operations in Karachi and our team based in Islamabad, coordinating across cities was challenging. Navigating different school protocols and ensuring respectful, secure media coverage with children required extra care and sensitivity
